In January 2011, Ningbo Bokun Petroleum and Chemical Warehousing Co., Ltd. finished its reorganization, and transferred its entire business to Sino Dragon New Energy Holdings Limited (HK 00395), a Hong Kong listed company, at HKD 360 million. In this transaction, Silkroad advised Ningbo Bokun in its domestic and offshore reorganization by way of VIE and in the sale of its oil product business sector. By this transaction, Ningbo Bokun's businesses of oil product warehousing and trading accomplished a backdoor listing.
