Private equity fund (PE fund) formation is the core practice area of Silkroad. Since its establishment, Silkroad has been involved in the formation of dozens of PE fund, having acquired a comprehensive understanding and been experienced in the structuring, management and operation of domestic RMB and USD fund. Besides of clients from Beijing, Shanghai and other major cities, Silkroad also represents a number of state-owned enterprises in Shaanxi Province.
