Prior to joining Silkroad as a founding member, Mr. Wang worked as legal counsel in several major group companies and with a provincial law firm.
Mr. Wang serves the post of independent director for SkyPeople Fruit Juice, Inc. (Stock Code: SPU), a NASDAQ listed company.

· a Xi'an urban village renovation project, legal counsel
· Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group's participation in a primary land development project of Kaiyuan Urban development funds  as LP, legal counsel
· Moseslake Chemical Industrial Company, acquisition of industrial land and construction
· a leading HK real estate development group, sale of its hotel in Xi'an
· a real estate company, land transfer to Jinke Property through share and debt assignment involving RMB700 million
· a real estate company, land transfer to Wanke Property through share and debt assignment involving RMB500 million
· a real estate joint development dispute between two major real estate development companies, court of first instance is Shaanxi  Provincial High Court
· an equipment purchase contract lawsuit between a Finland company and a Xi'an designing institute involving RMB 20 million
· an investment lawsuit regarding a Xi'an commercial real estate project RMB 10 million
